Traditional Victorian Style Carved Rocking Horse. For riders aged 3-8+ years - our most popular design!
Actual Size plans and profiles, step by step instructions and colour pictures - all the information you need to make this beautiful and classic traditional rocking horse.
This is by far our most popular design. It is not so big as to occupy a great deal of floor space, and yet is large enough to accommodate riders of virtually any size and age - typically children up to about 8 years of age, it will even take adult weight (as has been proved many times on our own 'house' rocking horse!).
The design draws together many features of the best Victorian horses - great character and pleasing proportions, head angled slightly to one side, smooth and easy rocking action etc.
The finished horse will become a well loved part of the family and an heirloom. You will thoroughly enjoy making it, & the kids will love it!
Approx. Finished Size: 53" long x 41" high x 18" wide (1346 x 1041 x 457mm)
