Most parcels are sent insured & with guaranteed delivery. Please check the contents of parcels upon receipt. If any item is found to be unsatisfactory for any reason, return it in good order within 14 days for replacement, alteration or refund. (Your statutory rights are unaffected. Full refund may not be made where problems result from incorrect measurements).
We try to keep all items in stock ready for prompt despatch, & to maintain the prices, but unforeseen circumstances may sometimes necessitate delays & product or price alterations. If you do not give a hair/leather colour preference, we will normally send the first colour choice listed. Please telephone to confirm availability.
All our rocking horse & car designs are safe for normal use by children as toys (except Half Size & miniature horses which are not intended as children's toys) provided they are made in accordance with the instructions & using accessories & fittings supplied by The Rocking Horse Shop. In any case children should always be supervised by a responsible adult when using moving toys like these, especially those under three years old. Overseas Shipping Wherever possible we try to calculate the correct overseas shipping costs but occasionally we have to ship as cubic volume i.e if it is a large order, in these cases there may be an extra charge to cover the cost of shipping. We will contact you before shipping these items and advise of any additional charge.
