Who do we ship with?

For UK orders, we ship with Royal Mail. For international orders, we primarily use FedEx. We’ve chosen these carriers because they are consistently recognised as reliable and trusted delivery partners worldwide.

While they may not always be the lowest-cost option, they provide excellent service and dependable delivery, ensuring parcels are well cared for throughout transit. This gives both our customers and our business added peace of mind.

Why don’t we offer free delivery?

Simply put, delivery always has a cost.

We believe in being fair and transparent with our pricing for customers around the world. Around half of our orders are international, and shipping costs can vary significantly depending on destination.

Some businesses choose to include delivery costs within their product prices, which increases the overall cost of the product. This can result in unfair pricing—particularly for customers in locations with lower shipping costs or those who collect their orders in person.

By charging delivery separately, you pay only the actual shipping cost for your location, rather than subsidising higher costs elsewhere. This allows us to offer accurate and fair pricing for everyone.
