CANCELATIONS & REFUNDS POLICY FOR CARVING COURSE
Fees are payable in full at the time of booking a course.
Our cancellation policy is designed to give customers the freedom to change a course booking when enough notice is given, but we do have conditions surrounding cancellations as they have an impact on other customers and our business.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds. We will, however, do our utmost to transfer you onto an alternative course that suits you if you cannot attend the course you have booked, when a minimum of 6 weeks notice is given. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or ring 01759 368737 to discuss this with us.
If anyone booked on a course fails to attend without prior notification there will be no option to transfer to another course at a later date.
If you wish to cancel the course within the 6-week period, a maximum of 25% refund of the course amount will be offered, at the discretion of the Directors.
COURSE CANCELLATION BY THE ROCKING HORSE SHOP:
In the rare and unfortunate situation where a course is cancelled by The Rocking Horse Shop, we will provide with alternative dates or provide a full refund of your course fee. *This excludes any cancellations or postponements due to ‘Force Majeure’.
The Rocking Horse Shop will not be liable for any other costs incurred or lost through the cancellation of the course.

No alcoholic drinks are to be consumed on the premises. Smoking is only permitted in the designated area.
HEALTH & SAFETY

We reserve the right to request persons to leave the premises for any unsociable, threatening or intimidating behaviour directed towards staff, students or members of the public. Also, if course members do not adhere to issues concerning health and safety and safe working practices they will be asked to vacate the premises.
